In exactly one month I am going to do something never done before. I signed up to “run” my very first marathon! I know. This fat girl is excited too! It’s the Run Free 2013.
There’s a saying on the internet, pics or it didn’t happen. In other words, if something is real, if it actually happened, there will be pictures to back that up. But what if something DIDN’T actually happen, but there are STILL pictures of it? Does that mean it DID happen? If something is fake, how much evidence does it take before it becomes real?
That’s the question we’re trying to answer.
So, on February 2, 2013, we are faking a marathon.
That’s right, I am “running” a fake marathon!
The idea is that I will be posting training, nervous prep and marathon photos along with everyone else “running”. And I can not wait! I’ll share my sign-up packet once I receive it later this month. And on the day of make sure to check out my Instagram as well Facebook as I will be posting photos there before doing a full write up the following week. I must document my first – and I’m 100% positive of this – only – marathon!
